Intensivist or Anaesthetist/Intensivist
An opportunity exists for two permanent, full time, Intensive Care Specialists to join the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB). The positions are due to commence in March and April 2022.
We are looking for an Intensivist or Anaesthetist/Intensivist to provide effective, efficient and professional clinical intensive care/high dependency unit services on a shared, rostered 24 hour basis.
The positions are based at Tauranga Hospital however a commitment to providing collegial support to Whakatāne Hospital Acute Care Unit is required.
The successful applicant must hold qualifications that meet the criteria for vocational registration or eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
